After the Eaton fire I moved to the Sierras in the middle of winter. Nestled in the pines I turned to my angels and they said to ‘keep dreaming, keep making.’ A quiet routine sprouted from my heart, a time of mistakes and curiosity and nurturing ordinary days.

Similar to how I think about song, I love what is beautiful, what holds light both in how it is made and what it is made for. Mostly I believe in making the very best with what I have available to me.
